Vintage F.E. Thomas 9' Special 3/2

Very nice F.E. Thomas 9' Special, circa 1930s. 3pc, 2 tip rod with Agate stripping guide, and full Nickel Silver slide band seat, with rails for the reel foot.
All full length, with all original guides. Red silk wraps with gold tipping, and alternating red/gold signature wraps.
Made during the period where full intermediates were no longer being used, but the early guide wrap tipping and full nickel seats still were being used.
Rod has bag marks and some chips, but most could likely be polished out with a little effort.
Comes with the original bag and tube.
Getting hard to find these great casting rods with all full length sections.
This one should lay out a 6wt perfectly, and is ready to fish!
